Biography: During his legal studies, Mr. Phillips obtained extensive experience in various forms of alternative dispute resolution, including arbitration and mediation, was an active participant in Mock Trial Competitions, and was a regular member of the Dean's List.
Mr. Phillips has practical experience in the construction industry where he has served as an assistant project engineer for a large commercial builder, and now represents parties engaged in all aspects of the design and construction process, including architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, distributors, manufacturers, owners, construction managers, and developers.
