Biography:
Ms. Boinis is a Senior Associate focused primarily in the area of complex construction litigation. Her practice includes the representation of architects, engineers, contractors and subcontractors in disputes involving construction and design defect claims. Additionally, Ms. Boinis has prior experience in environmental, land use, and contract law. During law school, Ms. Boinis received the Environmental Crimes Seminar Book Award for the highest grade in the class for her academic writing. She also served as the President of the Sustainable Law Society and received the academic Beverly McLear Scholarship for her interest in environmental and public interest law. Ms. Boinis graduated FSU Law with her certification in Environmental, Energy, and Land Use Law with Honors and the Distinguished Pro Bono Service Award. She has prepared for her professional career with several legal internships, including a judicial internship at the Florida Supreme Court.
